We would like you to feel well in our large, comfortably furnished 85m2 flat from the moment you arrive. Relax here after an eventful day in the region with your family and friends or after a strenuous day if you work as a mechanic nearby.

Have a look around our spacious holiday flat with its cosy ambience combined with all luxury features.

The flat has one double room, one twin-bedded room, a spacious living room, a large dining room with a fitted kitchen as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a WC. Our house is in a quiet area and yet it is located centrally. The bakery, the butcher’s and the bank are only a 3 minutes’ walk away.

	In the living room of 32m2 in size there is enough space to play together with our board games and games of cards. The big couch invites you to cuddle up during the bedtime story or to watch television on the big-screen TV. With the stereo system you can also listen to your favourite CDs you brought along.
		An agreeable atmosphere is created by the floor made of cork and even the children can play and romp about without disturbing other people.
	Start the new day listening to the chirping of birds and a nice breakfast on the balcony. From there or from the living room and the kitchen respectively you can enjoy the wonderful view over the whole valley or enjoy the play of colours of the sunset while having a glass of wine.
	The kitchen is provided with all pieces of equipment needed for cooking on the stove with its 4 hotplates and for baking in the oven. There is a microwave for ready-made meals, a kettle and a toaster. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment is also available for “chilly moments”.
	Your children are in best keeping in a room of their own with single beds. On request you can get a cot and a highchair for your toddlers. And for a mechanic, a twin-bedded room surely is pleasant. Besides: there is also an “extra large feather quilt” for “extra large guests”.
	Apart from the bathtub, the spacious, luxurious bathroom also has a shower with hotheads on the sides for a massage with cold or hot water for your personal wellness programme. Therefore, there is nothing that can prevent a successful, relaxing holiday.
	You will find a place in the sun (or also in the shade) in our big garden with the beautiful pond. Here, a pavilion invites you to have a gregarious barbecue. Your children can romp about on the slide, on the big swing, at the table football or the table-tennis table and the other possibilities of playing while you have a rest and relax in the deckchair. And you also do not have be annoyed about the dirty washing, because there is a washing machine in the bathroom and you also have the possibility to dry your clothes there or with our drier.
	Hoppel and Schneeflöckchen (snowflake), our two pygmy rabbits, look forward to your children’s tender loving care.

Our flat is a non-smoker flat. Due to the large balcony and the covered entrance, however, it is also suitable for smokers.
